**Any and all NSFW commission requests must be agreed upon before the start of any commission. Price for these pieces may vary depending on complexity.
OVERVIEW------ ‣ These terms and conditions are subject to change, without warning. I will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.
------ ‣ I retain the rights to every image I produce.
------ ‣ My commissions are for Personal Use only unless otherwise discussed. Up to the extent that these terms outline, you will not profit off my work unless coming to a written agreement with me beforehand.
------ ‣ My clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT. Doing so is in violation of these terms.
------ ‣ All completed commissions are non-refundable. I determine what make a commission considered completed.
------ ‣ I have the right to decline any commission without question.
------ ‣ Finished commissions will be put into my social media. Finished commissions may be used as examples or listed in my portfolio unless otherwise specified.
------ ‣ Finished commissions may be posted to other websites by the commissioner with proper credit given.PAYMENT------ ‣ I will not begin work on a commission until full payment is received OR initial payment of an agreed upon payment plan is received. Payment plans are available upon request for commissions exceeding $100 USD. This process may be flexible for returning clients.
------ ‣ Payment may be sent through Paypal or Venmo. Prices are listed in USD.
------ ‣ Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity.
------ ‣ Commissions intended for commercial use, such as streaming, will have +20% of the base price added to the final cost as a commercial usage fee.PROCESS------ ‣ Expect a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks. Generally an initial sketch will be provided within the first few days.
------ ‣ For all commission types you will receive a sketch for initial approval. If you must request changes I ask you to do it at this phase.
------ ‣ For all commission types you will receive a low-res screenshot for final approval. Changes requested at this point must be minor. (EX: I forgot a character’s earrings or got their eye color wrong. In these cases where there are small things I have missed, I do not mind changing them with no additional charge.)
------ ‣ Excluding full-style type commissions, I generally will not send further work-in-progress shots unless requested. Full-style type commissions will get an additional WIP screenshot at the flat colors phase.

HOW TO COMMISSION
1. CONTACT ME
Please send me a message through Instagram or Facebook with the following information:✦ Name / Username: (What do I call you?)
✦ Preferred Email: (For invoicing and receiving final product)
✦ PayPal or Venmo: (How do you indend to pay?)
✦ Type of Commission: (Anime, Chibi, Couples art)
✦ Style of Commission: (Sketch, Line Art, Fully Rendered, etc...)
✦ Details: (Pose, Facial expression, Eye color, etc...)
✦ Reference: (Any photos or previous commissions to use as a base)
✦ Deadline: (Is there a desired completion date?)2. ACCEPT / DECLINE
Once I have looked over your request, I will ask a few more questions to make sure I have the specifics correct.3. PAYMENT
When I accept your request I will send you an invoice via PayPal or Venmo. I will begin drawing once I receive your payment, or the first payment of an agreed upon payment plan.4. REFUNDS
Refunds will only be given at 100% amount if the customer requests it before line art begins. Once line art begins, only 50% of a refund will be given if requested. No refunds will be accepted once coloring begins.5. DRAWING PROCESS / WIPs
When I finish my initial sketch I will send you a WIP (Work In Progress) image. It's at this time that I will request that you make any major changes to the sketch that you see fit. Once the line art starts only minor changes can be made (max 3 revisions). If for any reason I cannot complete your commission I will refund your full amount.6. FINALIZATION
When you art is complete I will place my watermark on the piece and send you a picture of the final copy. If you are satisfied with the product, any remaining payment must be sent (if any). Once I receive your final payment I will email / message your finished commission to you.
